This Saturday, April 22nd, is Earth Day, an opportunity to raise awareness about small everyday actions in our personal and professional lives to take care of our Planet.
As you know, at Sen No Sen this is a subject that has been close to my heart for a long time and I strive to do my part on my small scale.
Our guiding principles in a few points:
- Less is more.
To produce quality items that last over time.
Admittedly, the price is higher initially, but you renew less often and in the end, you save money and help the planet, while using a pleasant and efficient product.
- Environmentally friendly sourcing
Organic cotton t-shirts, recycled polyester swimsuits, natural rubber surf suits… for many seasons now, we have been using the most responsible materials available to us.
- Encourage the circular economy
By producing our textiles in Europe
By repairing clothes and overalls to make them last longer and give them a second life on the second-hand market, and finally recycling them.
At a time when many brands are using eco-responsibility as a selling point, as they say, "actions speak louder than words".
Everyone can do their part, day after day.
