We have no access to your login details or bank card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment provider and the confidentiality of your data.

Pay for your wetsuit or your order with a 3-installment payment plan by choosing ALMA.

Pay in 4 installments with PayPal: select PayPal at checkout and PayPal will offer this option. A 2.1% fee applies.

Pay in 3 installments with no fees with Alma:
If you pay for your order in installments, you accept Alma's general customer terms and conditions , as well as Alma's specific terms and conditions for SEN NO SEN customers.

Deliveries:

Your order is prepared by us with the utmost care.

All our packages are shipped via La Poste (the French postal service). Shipping costs for all orders placed within Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller on the order form. All delivery times are calculated in business days. The seller commits to processing the order within thirty days from the day following order confirmation. The stated delivery times are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipping time of the order (departure from the warehouse). They begin from the moment the order is confirmed.

All purchased items are shipped within 10 business days (except for special orders such as custom wetsuits or pre-orders) after the order is placed, although most items ship within 3 to 4 days. During peak periods, your delivery may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If you still haven't received your purchase after 3 weeks, please contact us to report the issue. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Shipping costs

The contribution to delivery costs includes packaging, shipping costs, and our customer service for tracking your orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order at the time of payment, on average €9.90 for standard shipping.

Collection from our store in Arcachon or Hossegor: free.

Returns and exchanges

Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to notify us by email if you wish to exchange or receive a refund, indicating the order number and the item reference. We will then explain the procedure to follow.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility , and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item.

For a refund, return the item to us at your own expense, indicating the order number and your customer account email address. Shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the item will be refunded.

No exchanges or refunds on items made to order, such as custom surf suits.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not cover:

• damage caused by something other than a manufacturing defect.
• use during commercial, rental, or educational activities.
• For wetsuits, damage due to prolonged or excessive sun exposure, and improper handling or storage
or a misreading of the instructions and precautions for use provided with the product.

• for clothing, damage due to prolonged or excessive sun exposure, snags, tears or misreading of the instructions and precautions for use provided with the product (washing at more than 30°C or tumble drying for example)
• normal wear and tear

If you have any doubts, please feel free to email us with some photos of the item. We'll tell you if it's covered under warranty and what the likely reasons for the damage are. We design our products for optimal preservation and durability.
