What size am I?

Our products are true to size. You can choose the size you most often wear with other brands, whether for our clothing or wetsuits.

If you are unsure, please consult our size chart.

If you still have doubts, write to us; after 20 years of experience, we're starting to get comfortable with body shapes and sizes ;-)

Do you deliver to foreign countries outside of Europe?

Yes, we deliver worldwide with an average delivery time of 9 working days.

Do you have a retailer near me?

Unlikely. Our business model is designed to offer you exceptional quality products made in the finest workshops at a reasonable price. The only way to achieve this is to cut costs related to communication, marketing, and cumbersome distribution. We sell exclusively in our original store in Arcachon and online.

Delivery times:

Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day; otherwise, they are shipped the next day. We ship via Colissimo, and orders are generally delivered within [timeframe].

  • 2 business days for mainland France
  • 4 to 7 business days for Europe
  • 9 business days for deliveries outside Europe

We want to make it clear that we are not Amazon and have no intention of becoming one. We provide a quality service, but rush delivery, which puts pressure on logistics providers and delivery drivers and increases our carbon footprint, is not part of our strategy.

Can I track my order?

You will always receive your order tracking number by email so you can check the delivery progress.

Returns and exchanges:

You have 30 days to return your package. Exchanges are free, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will send you the replacement at our expense.

Exchanges aren't very good for our carbon footprint, and we try to limit them as much as possible. If you're unsure about your size or the color of the item, feel free to email us at store@sennosen.com so we can help you.

Refunds are possible but we only refund the value of the product, not the shipping costs.

We do not accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, used, or after 30 days.

 

Repairs and alterations.

Have you received a product that requires alterations to fit your body shape? For our European customers, please write to couture@sennosen.com to receive a quote.

For wetsuits, we provide repairs under warranty, but we also offer this service beyond the warranty period and for wetsuits from other brands. Contact couture@sennosen.com for more information about your repairs.
