1. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") apply as soon as you access the SEN NO SEN online store www.sennosen.com (the "Website") or place orders to purchase one or more products featured on the Website. Any reference to "we" or "us" in these Terms refers to LICIOUS SARL, the company holding the commercial rights related to the distribution of the SEN NO SEN brand, and any reference to "you" or "your" refers to you, as the user of the Website. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website and placing your order. By accessing any part of the Website or ordering products from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms for future reference. These Terms are only available in French.

2 OUR CONTRACT

Once finalized, your order constitutes acceptance of our offer, including acceptance of the proposed price and the products specified. Consequently, when you confirm your order, you agree to be bound by a sales contract with our company, subject to product availability and validation of your payment under the conditions stipulated in the "PAYMENT AND DEFAULT OF PAYMENT" section. Please note that this website is intended exclusively for consumers. Purchases made from this website are for your personal use, including personal gifts, and must not be resold, used in a commercial context, or used for commercial gain.

3. THE ORDER PROCESS

You can select items from our product range and add them to your "Shopping Cart" by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you initiate the payment process for the products in your Shopping Cart. You will then be asked to provide us with your personal information (including payment details). By clicking the "Confirm" button, you finalize the order for the products in your Shopping Cart. Before finalizing an order, you can view and modify your order details at any time by clicking the "Confirm and Pay" button. You must also accept these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to order products from the Website. Confirmation of your order constitutes a sales contract between you and us, subject to the availability of the ordered products. You will automatically receive an email confirming receipt and details of your order ("the Confirmation Email"). We recommend that you print and save the Confirmation Email. The Order Confirmation Email does not constitute confirmation of product availability; it is simply an automated acknowledgment that we have received your order. We will send you a second email, which will confirm the availability of the ordered products (the "Delivery Email"), which we also recommend you print and keep. If none of the ordered products are available, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded. If only some of the products are available, they will be shipped to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and you will only pay for the products delivered. You have the option to cancel your order until you receive the Delivery Email.

4 DELIVERY

We will deliver the ordered product(s) to the delivery address provided by the customer. It is essential to verify its accuracy. Any reshipment due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount. Orders within France and the European Union are shipped via Colissimo Tracking; a tracking number will be provided to follow the order's progress online. Orders to all other countries are shipped via Colissimo International, with a tracking number. Products are shipped the day after your order. Delivery time cannot exceed 10 days from receipt of the order confirmation email in mainland France. If you order multiple products, we may need to deliver them in several shipments. If more than one delivery is necessary, you will be informed in advance. You will be responsible for the products once they have been delivered to you. Your order will be sent to the shipping address you provided when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

5. PRICE

The price shown per product includes VAT for countries within the European Union and does not include delivery charges. Prices are indicated in Euros, the European currency.
Prices may be changed during the season on the website but never modified once the order has been confirmed.

6. PAYMENT AND DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

Payment for your products must be made by credit card or PayPal, following the instructions on the payment page. Full payment, including shipping costs and any additional charges for services you have ordered, will be debited from your credit card or PayPal account after verification of product availability, at or shortly before shipment. We will only ship your products once your payment has been received. You confirm that the credit card or PayPal account used is yours. Your banking information will be processed securely.

We have added bank transfer as a payment method. For this payment method, we must wait for your order to be processed before shipping the items, so it will take a little longer than payments by credit card or PayPal.

7 RETURN

To return a product, you must first contact our customer service department at store@sennosen.com to indicate the reason for the return. After agreement between both parties, the customer must return the product at their own expense. If the return is due to an error on the part of SEN NO SEN (incorrect item, size, hidden defect, etc.), SEN NO SEN will refund the shipping costs and resend a new product at its own expense. The customer may also request a full refund of the product and shipping costs. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
During sales events, promotions, clearance periods, or special pricing periods, no returns or refunds will be accepted. During these periods, items may be exchanged. For information regarding returns, please email store@sennosen.com

8 RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

While we reserve the right to refuse your request to personalize our items, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the requests you make. You guarantee that you have the right to make your request and that personalizing our items according to your request will not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You agree that you have no (intellectual property) rights to your personalization. As the personalizations we offer are secondary to the SEN NO SEN product, you cannot claim any copyright on the personalizations you create, nor any exclusivity on this combination. Please note that for products made and personalized according to your requests, you do not have the right to return, exchange, or refund.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may only return products that were purchased directly from the Website. If you purchased your SEN NO SEN products from a retail store, another website, or any other point of sale, the products must be returned to the store or website where they were purchased. We reserve the right to refuse the return of merchandise not purchased from www.sennosen.com and may require you to pay the return shipping costs for each item to the specified delivery address. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, and you will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of this article, provided that the products are returned in packaging suitable for their prompt transport to the following address: SEN NO SEN, 230 Boulevard de la Côte d'Argent, 33120 Arcachon, France, by registered mail (or Colissimo with signature confirmation), in their original condition, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn, along with the original packaging and all accessories relating to the products, such as labels or instruction manuals, as well as the original invoice. For all purchases made on our Website, refund requests, regardless of the delivery method, must be returned to us. Please note that for products made and personalized according to your specifications, you are not entitled to a right of withdrawal, exchange, or refund. We will issue a refund (including the initial shipping costs if your entire order is returned) within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned products. We are not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds for products that do not meet the requirements of paragraph 7. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you find that one or more pieces of information submitted are incorrect or no longer valid, you must correct them. Otherwise, we cannot be held liable for any resulting consequences.
