SenNoSen élue meilleure marque Européenne sur les 3/2mm par Surf Session

SenNoSen voted best European brand in the 3/2mm category by Surf Session

The latest wetsuit test conducted by Surf Session magazine has just been released. Romain Laulhé tested around ten 3/2mm wetsuits from major brands in the surf industry.

As a "small player," it's always a huge challenge to compare yourself to the market leaders. The winter test on Sen No Sen had already been excellent, but we were a little disappointed that we weren't able to test the correct wetsuit size for Romain.

This time, we had Romain's weight and height and therefore sent the correct size, and the result has just come in:

  1. 3/2mm premium limestone best combination from a European brand and 3rd in the test.

Our premium limestone wetsuit finished on the podium behind Hurley and O'Neill, making it the best European brand wetsuit!

A small point: Romain seems to appreciate the feel of wetsuits with fleece linings, which isn't the case with the Sen No Sen; we explain why here.

In fact, two of the top three outfits don't include a fleece lining. :-)

It's a shame not to have a test on the lifespan of the suits, one of our strengths and a major point of differentiation.

2. Sen No Sen Yamamoto: the warmest 3/2mm wetsuit.

Our model from the Yamamoto Japanese neoprene range has also been tested and comes out as the warmest of all the 3/2mm thanks to the quality of the Yamamoto #40 neoprene.

See the combination in our online shop here

Result for Sen No Sen:

  • Warmest wetsuit in the Yamamoto Japanese neoprene range.
  • Best combination for a European brand.
