Care and usage instructions:

Textile:

To keep your clothes looking their best for as long as possible, it is important to take good care of them.

First, wash in cold water or in the washing machine at 30°C, but above all, avoid the tumble dryer. Store your clothes in a dry place in a closet.

We use high-quality fabrics, so it's important to follow the care instructions carefully. It's normal for some 100% cotton garments to shrink slightly during the first wash, but they shouldn't shrink more than usual if handled correctly.

When putting a top on a hanger, pass the hanger through the bottom and never through the collar so as not to pull on the collar.

Never "pull" on a garment, imagine you are wearing a sheet of paper and be careful not to tear it.

If you ever get a snag or a tear, consider having it repaired by a seamstress; for a few euros, your garment will be usable again.

Once you no longer wear them, instead of throwing them away, make it a habit to donate them to give them a second life. There are places where you can drop off your old clothes: the Red Cross, Emmaus, Secours Populaire… find out more online by simply typing "where to donate my clothes" into Google.

Surf suits:

Do not "undersize".

We often see customers order a size too small, thinking, "It's flexible, it'll stretch." However, if you don't choose the right size, the neoprene will be stretched and put stress on the seams. The risk is that you'll quickly develop seam problems.

Rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after surfing whenever you have the opportunity, either at the beach exit or at home while you are taking a shower.

Never let your wetsuit dry in the sun. The sun will stiffen the neoprene and weaken it. Instead, let the wetsuit dry in the shade if it's outside, or at home in the bathroom or garage.

Do not leave it wet on a hanger to avoid stretching the shoulders.

Of course, no washing machine or swimming pool because chlorine is not very good for the colours of the suit.

Be careful when putting it on and when changing clothes not to step on the suit or pull too hard.

If you follow all these tips, you'll be able to keep your wetsuit for several years.

Don't forget that you also have the option of having it repaired (quote on request), and that you can give your old suit to a young person or to an association.
