2020 is a bad year.
Cancelled competitions, lockdowns and surfing bans, in short, not super fun in terms of surfing.
So we decided to organize a video contest with the media outlet Ripitup.fr
Open to all, participants had to post a video clip on Instagram with the hashtag #SNSsurfvideocontest and thus hope to qualify among the 3 finalists of the competition.
The finalists are then separated by 7 votes:
- the public vote (number of likes)
- Philippe Malvaux
- Paul-César Distinguin
- Didier Piter
- Joan Duru
- Ripitup
- Sen No Sen
The winner receives a year of sponsorship at SEN NO SEN and a prize money of €1000.

Pierre Picat
And it is Clément Guertener who wins this first SNS Surf Video Contest, by a very narrow margin as it was very difficult to separate the finalists.
The public's choice award is given to Pierre Picat, who was the surfer most supported by the public in terms of views and "likes".
Finally, special mention to Jolan Bonelli for the super vibe of his video and the soundtrack which earned him the SNS MUSIC AWARD 2020.
