winter session with Maud Le Car and Joan Duru

This week, I shared a fun little session with Maud Le Car and Joan Duru in the Landes region.

The waves weren't exactly amazing, but still plenty of fun. A session in January is all about feeling comfortable and free to move, especially when the waves are hollow, and not getting cold.

The choice of combination is therefore personal and it was nice to see which combination we had chosen.

For Maud, the 5.4mm balaclava in premium limestone is our choice of the warmest suit in our range.

The integrated hood allows you to feel comfortable in the water right away and it is possible to remove it during the session when the sun is out and we are comfortable with the water temperature.

For my part, I am currently surfing with the 4.3mm Yulex natural rubber board .

The new versions are super flexible and I really like the freedom of movement I can have even in the middle of winter in the most eco-friendly suit on the market.

Joan, for her part, chose the 4.3mm in Premium Limestone, Pewter Blue color , the most flexible in the range and offers incredible comfort and freedom of movement, without compromising on the cold.
