Job Description
For the opening of our seasonal boutique in the center of Hossegor, we are looking for a representative of the SEN NO SEN universe who is passionate about conveying the brand's values and history. Someone capable of bringing the true SEN NO SEN experience to life for our customers.
You will need to create a strong, lasting, and personal connection that reflects our deep commitment to our customers. As a true brand ambassador, you will welcome, guide, and advise them to increase your store's revenue.
Enthusiastic and dynamic, you have already worked for 3 years as a Store Manager, ideally for a board sports or fashion brand. You possess a strong product and textile expertise, a keen sense of customer service, and excellent interpersonal skills. You are an independent worker who knows how to take initiative and also works well in a team.
The mission includes:
- Sales to clients (objectives, advice)
- Store management (merchandising, product presentation and rotation, restocking, etc.)
- Store actions (following procedures defined by the manager)
- Product knowledge
- Attend technical training courses.
- Carry out and organize restocking with our logistics center in Soorts.
- Provide weekly reports to the team.
Desired profile
- Enthusiastic and dynamic, you already have experience in sales and ideally for a board sports or fashion brand.
- You have a strong sensitivity to textile products.
- You have a strong sense of service and you possess good interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable with digital tools: social networks, office suite, the Web, etc.
- Your sense of challenge and your passion for fashion and surfing are assets that make you an ideal candidate.
- Rigour and organisation.
- Good level of English.
