We have no access to your credit card information. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the data.

Set up your wetsuit or your order with a payment in 3 times by choosing ALMA

Payment in 4x with PayPal: select PayPal at the time of payment and PayPal will offer you this option. Rate of 2.1% to be paid by the customer.

Payment in 3 times without fees with Alma:
If you pay your order in installments, you accept the Alma's general customer conditions. as well as the special Alma conditions for SEN NO SEN customers. 

Deliveries:

The preparation of your order is carried out by us with a very particular attention.

All our parcels are shipped via LA POSTE services. Shipping costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller in the form filled out at the time of the Order. All the announced delivery times are calculated in working days. The Seller undertakes to process the Order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the Order. The delivery times indicated are average times and correspond to the time required to process, prepare and dispatch the Order (from the warehouse). They start as soon as the order is validated.

All purchased items are shipped within 10 business days (except for special orders such as custom wetsuits or pre-orders) after ordering, although most ship within 3 to 4 days. Your delivery may take up to 2 weeks to arrive due to high volume. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please write to us to let us know. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Gratuit à partir de 150€ de commande.

En dessous de 150€:

Livraison point retrait La Poste: 4,90€

Livraison à domicile: 9,90€

Tarifs International: 15€ puis gratuit à partir de 150€ de commande.

Withdrawal in our store of Arcachon or Hossegor: free.

*International orders are subject to Duties & Taxes by the destination country's government. Sen No Sen is not responsible for these charges or fees. We care about adding all documents for customs. For more information, please search infos at your country's government.

Return and exchange

Once your order is delivered, you have 14 days to notify us by e-mail your desire for exchange or refund, by indicating the order number and the reference of the article. We will indicate you the procedure to follow.

The return shipping costs are at your expense and we take at our expense the shipment of the new article. 

For a refund, send us back the article at your expense, indicating the order number and your customer account e-mail. The shipping costs are not refunded, only the value of the article.

No exchanges or refunds on custom made items such as custom surf suits.

Warranty

Our products are all guaranteed for 2 years on possible manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not take into account:

- damage caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect.
- use in commercial, rental, or educational activities.
- for wetsuits, damage due to prolonged or excessive sun exposure, and improper handling or storage
or misreading of the instructions and precautions for use provided with the product.

- for clothing, damage due to prolonged or excessive sun exposure, snags, tears or misreading of the instructions and precautions for use provided with the product (e.g. washing at over 30°C or tumble drying)
- normal wear and tear

If you have any doubt, please send us an e-mail with some pictures of the item, we will tell you if it is within the warranty or not and what are the probable reasons for the deterioration of the item. We think our products for a better conservation and durability.
